Legendary Airline

Brief

This project challenged us to create a unique brand identity for a fictive airline operating in a competitive global market. With full creative freedom over the base, routes, and service level, the goal was to develop a cohesive visual system that defines the passenger experience. Essential deliverables include a logo, typography, color scheme, and a decorative "fifth element" applied to an Airbus A320 Neo livery, destination posters, and a custom design item.

Concept

Mythic Air is an airline focused on flying to cities steeped in mythology: Athens. Istanbul. Cairo. Tokyo. While mythology varies from culture to culture, one creature remains consistent across many: the dragon. Using this as the brand mark differentiates the airline from it’s competitors and positions the airline at the front of consumer’s minds when they think about dragons. Combined with sleek 45º lines resembling a plane taking off, Mythic Air is a modern brand focused on elevating the game.
