Problem: As the cannabis beverage market continues to grow, THC-infused soda brands often struggle to differentiate themselves with a distinct visual identity that communicates both quality and creativity. Many existing brands either lean too heavily into stoner stereotypes or overly sleek minimalism, failing to capture the balance of craft, culture, and fun that today's consumers crave. HighTop Soda Co. needed a compelling brand identity that would appeal to a modern audience—something bold, nostalgic, and elevated, while still playful enough to resonate with a younger, recreational market.
Solution: To address this, I developed a full brand identity for HighTop Soda Co., including a custom logo inspired by modern blackletter typography with natural ink bleeding details to evoke a handcrafted feel. I designed soda labels, social media advertisements, and a Snapchat filter to create a cohesive, cross-platform brand presence. To bring the product to life, I used Blender to create detailed 3D mockups and models of the bottle, showcasing how the brand would look in real-world scenarios. The result is a THC soda brand that stands out visually and connects emotionally—merging vintage-inspired aesthetics with modern cannabis culture.
